Return Policy
We hope your marènski ritual feels completely right for you. If not, you may register your return within 30 days after receiving your order. After registering, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us.

To register a return, please contact us at hello@marenski.nl with your name, order number and the product you would like to return with the reason why.

Return Conditions
To accept a return, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition. Because the gua sha horn is a personal care product, each horn comes with a hygiene seal: the "MR remove me" sticker. We cannot accept a return if this sticker has been removed, placed back on the horn, or if the horn shows signs of use or damage. This helps us protect the quality, safety and care behind every marènski product. 

Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know whether it has been approved. If approved, we will refund the purchase amount using the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless agreed otherwise or if something went wrong with your order. We hope a return will not be needed, and that your marènski horn becomes part of many calm and caring self-care rituals.
